Age Requirement
The minimum age for a Spa guest is 18.

Spa Access Fee
A daily fee of $50 for resort guests. $75 for non- resort guests.

Service Charges
A 20% service charge will be added to each spa treatment or package.

8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Hours may vary by season.

Check-in
Please arrive a minimum of one hour prior to your first treatment.
Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment, in order to prevent delays for other guests.

Cancellation Notice
A minimum of 24- hour advance notice is requested to avoid charges for cancelled treatments.

The Salon
The Salon offers a full range of hair care and salon services. Please call (828) 210- 8301 for advanced appointments.

Spa Boutique
Take your spa experience home. Browse through The Boutique's vast array of exclusive spa products, silky bathrobes, slippers, resort clothing, gift baskets and much more. Shipping is available

Personal Possessions
Please do not bring jewelry to The Spa, as we do not have safes to secure these or other valuables.

What to bring:
Swim suits for our pool areas. Loose clothing if you are receiving a Shiatsu Massage or Reiki treatment.

The Spa is a non-smoking facility.
Cell phones, laptop computers are not permitted in the spa.
Tours of the facility are available by reservation only.

Both resort guest and non-resort guests are welcome at The Spa. Resort guests are advised to book appointments prior to arrival. Non-resort guests may book services; however, Spa access may be limited due to anticipated resort guest demand. Certain blackout periods apply. Spa access and services are subject to availability and change.

Important note: There is a daily fee to use The Spa which allows you access to the many lounges, pools and terraces of The Spa. The daily fee is $50 for hotel guests, $75 for non-hotel guests. You can apply 100% of this daily fee to Spa treatments scheduled on that day. Discount offers cannot be combined.
